1. OVERVIEW
SHE CONQUERS offers membership plans that provide ongoing access to exclusive digital content, resources, and community features. This policy outlines the terms for canceling your membership.
2. HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your membership at any time by:
- Logging into your account at sheconquers.world and navigating to Account → Manage Membership
- Emailing us at [your support email] with the subject line: "Membership Cancellation Request"
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION
- Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after cancellation
- Access to member-exclusive content and resources will end when the billing period expires
- Downloaded content you already accessed remains yours per your original license terms
4. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a membership period. Once a billing cycle has been charged, that period is non-refundable.
5. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We review cancellation refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Technical issues preventing access to membership content

6. PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

7. REACTIVATION
You may reactivate a canceled membership at any time. Reactivation is subject to the current membership pricing at the time of reactivation. Previous member pricing is not guaranteed.
