All Sales Are Final Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been delivered.

Delivery Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link. Downloads are available immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact us at [your email address].

Usage Rights All digital products sold by SHE CONQUERS are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or use our products for commercial purposes without written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of SHE CONQUERS.

Technical Issues If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your email address] and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

File Formats Our digital products are delivered in PDF format. You will need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat or a similar app) to access your files. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your device or software.

Exceptions In the rare event that a duplicate charge or billing error occurs, please contact us at info@sheconquers.world and we will review your case and issue a refund if applicable.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy/Coaching Services

Effective Date: April 21, 2026

Coaching Sessions (1:1 & Group)

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled session will receive a full credit toward a future session.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% credit.
  • No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to once per booking with 24 hours' notice.

Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Workbooks)

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of downloads.
  • If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve it promptly.

Memberships

  • Memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time.
  • Access to member resources continues until the end of the paid period
